A Spring Kitchen Refresh
When we built our kitchen, I was most excited about our open shelving and all the possibilities it was going to give me seasonally. While turning it over each new season is somewhat of a chore, I love the way it ends up and the process is always a creative challenge. Here's the kitchen, all dolled up for Spring!
I try to mix old and new, some fresh greenery and add some color depending on the season. Varying heights, shapes and layering will add a lot of visual interest and it keeps the shelves from looking like storage.
These napkins are SO springy and just the right amount of floral (usually floral patterns give me heartburn) 🙃
I have a small (Ahem...) collection of these latte bowls and love mixing and matching them. We don't really pull dishes from the shelves so we use the other colors in the cupboard when these are displayed. (b&w are old from West Elm)
We're gearing up for Easter, dying eggs and prepping baskets. Next up, figuring out how I can get homemade cinnamon rolls into the weekends agenda! 🙌🏻
